Our priorities for school improvement in the academic year 2016/17 are outlined below

– All staff understanding what greater depth in writing looks like
|Priority 2 – CLOSING THE GAP||Led by RC, JH, LT, LB|
|Attainment in Maths- Y2, Y3, Y6
Attainment writing- across the school
Progress in writing- PP, KS2 girls, SEN
Progress in maths- KS2 middle attainers, FSM, KS1 boys
|Priority 3- FEEDBACK||Led by JH, LB, SF|
|Pupils make good or better progress as a result of being engaged with and reflecting upon their own and each other’s learning and outcomes.
-Children are able to provide purposeful feedback and consider how the learning and it’s outcomes can be improved.
|Priority 4 – EYFS (F/S 1 and 2 )||Led by JH and TT|
|Increase the % of children achieving a Good Level of Development to 70%
– Focus on the prime areas, in particular self-confidence and self-awareness listening and attention and writing
|Priority 5- MIDDLE LEADERSHIP||Led by RC,JH, LB, TT, GR, SF|
|To develop distributed leadership model where all staff are held to account for raising standards.|
